Impromy: A Unique Weight Loss Program
Impromy is a weight loss program designed to help individuals achieve their weight loss goals and improve their overall health. Developed in collaboration with CSIRO, the program is exclusively available through pharmacies and is supported by trained staff who guide users through all aspects of the program.
The program allows users to track their weight loss progress by entering their weight and daily meal intake via the Meal Diary Calendar. With access to over 100+ delicious, healthy recipes, users can add variety to their Impromy program. The app also allows users to set daily weigh-in and meal diary reminders and receive motivational messages to encourage progress.
Furthermore, users can unlock and achieve medals and awards as a motivational mechanism to reward weight loss progress and program compliance. By adding recipes to their Favourites list, users receive personalised recommendations based on their preferences for other recipes.
During the initial Impromy consultation at the pharmacy, users receive their Membership Number and a personalised meal program, which they are required to enter into the app to tailor it to their personal program.
